Wash,& clean parwal and peel the skin roughly give light slit add little salt and turmeric mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes, then deep fry them jus for few seconds and take it out...

Take a blender add onion, green chillies, garlic and ginger blend everything to smooth paste,keep a sauce pan on medium flame add mustard oil heat up add clove, cinnamon, crushed cardamom, saute it for a minute add ground onion paste, keep stirring for 5-6 minutes, now add in whisked dahi/curd stir continuously, add chilli powder and salt, cover the lid and let it cook..

When it's done turn off the flame add garam masala powder mix well, close the lid for 5 more minutes, and now it's ready to relish...enjoy
