For the dough, take a bowl add wheat flour oil and salt, using a little bit of water make a smooth dough

For the stuffing take a bowl add shredded reddish, before making the stuffing make sure to squeeze all the water out. Add all the dry masala salt to taste coriander leaves and mix well. Your stuffing is ready

Take a little portion of the dough and roll meanwhile on the side heat the tawa

On top of the rolled dough add your stuffing on top

Roll another portion of the dough and place on top and press the sides

Now place on the tawa

Flip and spread oil on both sides and fry until both sides are golden brown

Your radish paratha is now ready serve with pickle or raita or tea.
