I was chosen as a tester for a brand of parchment paper, so I thought up an easy dish I could make in the microwave.

1 serving

1 sliceSliced bread
1●Egg
2to 3 tablespoons ●Milk
1 tbsp●Sugar
1/2 tbsp●Butter
1 sliceEasy-melting cheese

Steps

Prepare a large sheet of parchment paper and twist the ends to make a dish.

Pack it with pieces of bread, and add the combined ingredients marked ●. See the Helpful Hints section.

When the liquid has mixed in, top with the cheese slice.

Microwave at 500 W for 1 and 1/2 minutes to finish!
