Ingredients

  1. cookie
  2. 1 1/4 cupflour
  3. 1 1/4 cupvanilla cake mix
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. 1/2 cuplight brown sugar
  6. 1egg (room temperature)
  7. 1 1/2 stickunsalted butter
  8. 1 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  9. 1 cupchocolate chips (or mixture or white and semi sweet)
  10. 1/2 cupsprinkles
  11. 1/4 tspbaking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Sift flour, cake mix, and baking soda. Set aside

  2. 2

    Mix butter and both sugars until smooth.

  3. 3

    Mix in egg. After blended well mix in the vanilla extract.

  4. 4

    Slowly add in the powder mixture until it's thick like cookie dough. Do not over mix.

  5. 5

    Fold in sprinkles and chocolate chips until evenly mixed.

  6. 6

    Cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs. This is necessary for cookies to come out well.

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll cookie dough (about a tablespoon) to a tall cylinder

  8. 8

    Bake for 10-12 mins until edges are light brown.

    Let cool for 15mins and enjoy!
