Cooking Instructions

Gring sugar with cardamom to fine powder keep aside

In a kadai roadt besan, on law flame for 7-8 mins till you start getting nice aroma

Now add ghee and little by little and start mixing roast on low flame stir continuously

We have to roast besan in ghee till it changes color

Once it is golden remove from flame and add sugar and cardamom powder and mix

It will get mixed nicely and sugar and chopped raisins will come together as it will get melted due to residual heat of besan

Mix nicely

Now grease a plate and pour the mixture and flatten

Garnish with raisins, Keep in fridge to set

Once set and cut in your favourite shape
