Heat the milk n add vinegar for curdling.Now strain it well.

Now take a big bowl again wash thoroughly with help of stainer.

Now take a small bowl. 1 tbsp milk n add saffron to the bowl.allow to soak.

Heat the pan add some sugar n condence milk n make the Chenna dry.Now heat another pan with some milk n wait for cooling.In this stage mix Chenna with saffron to the milk.

Add some saffron to the top of the dish. Put it into the freeze.Wait for half an hour. Now the dish is ready.
