Cooking Instructions
- 1
First, let's make the dough. Add the yeast to the water and stir.
- 2
Mix the ingredients labeled with a ▲ with the yeast water from Step 1 and knead well. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise for 30 - 40 minutes.
- 3
In the meantime, prep the veggies; remove the tough ends of the stem from the mushrooms and cut into small cubes, mince the onion, and dice the tomato. For toppings, julienne the onion, quarter the tomatoes, and thinly slice the green peppers and sausage.
- 4
For the tomato sauce, quickly saute the onion, add the diced tomato, ketchup, and white wine in that order.
- 5
Add the remaining ingredients listed under 'tomato sauce,' Cook for a bit, stir to mix and the sauce in done.
- 6
The leavened dough will look like this after 30 to 40 minutes.
- 7
Dust a smooth surface with flour and roll out until thin.
- 8
Spread on the tomato sauce and toppings.
- 9
The toppings should be layered starting with the onion, tomato, sausage, green peppers, and cheese. Dress with the mayonnaise sauce (which is the listed ingredients just mixed together).
- 10
Bake for 13 - 20 minutes at 250°C until crispy.
- 11
Done.
- 12
Delish!

I had a lot of cheddar cheese and wanted to make pizza from scratch. By just taking a little time, you can make homemade pizza. This has already become my go-to recipe and I've never bought pizza dough since.More bread flour will result in a crispier texture and cake flour will result in a fluffier finish. Feel free to adjust to taste. Recipe by Kokoakukki- cookpad.japan -

This is my first attempt at a homemade pizza. You can choose to make your own marinara sauce from scratch but I just used the jarred stuff. Also this recipe uses a stand mixer, YOU DON'T NEED A STAND MIXER FOR THIS RECIPE IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE.Max Lovato
