Ingredients

4 servings

300 gramsSweet potatoes (Japanese or Asian type)
2 sliceSliced cheese
1 pieceButter
1 tbsp★Flour
3 tbsp★Milk
1/2 tsp★Sugar
1/4 tsp★Salt

Steps

Combine the ★ ingredients in a bowl. Add the cooked sweet potato and mash.

Divide into 4 equal portions. Place the cheese inside and shape into flat disks.

Melt the butter in a pan and cook over medium heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
