Pad Gaprao Moo Kai Dao

One of my favourite Thai dish that I can eat anytime. It's spicy, sweet, savoury and with the great fragrance of chilli and basil.

Steps
- 1
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and water for the sauce.
- 2
Stirfry sliced onion, chopped garlic first, add the pork mince, add the mix sauce then the green beans and red chilli. Add the basil last when it's almost ready.
- 3
Fried the egg with generous amount of oil then wait until you see it golden on the edge. Splash some oil on the top layer of the egg to seal the top part of the egg without overcooking it before you take the egg out.
- 4
Served it with jasmine rice 💞
