To make mint mayo sauce, simply mix the mayonise with your desi green mint chutney. That's it!

In a bowl, take mustard oil, add in red chilli powder, both salt, kasoori methi, curd, mix till a smooth paste. Add in the paneer cubes, onion and capsicum.

Take a pan, add oil and add this paneer mixture and cook for 5-6 minutes till all water gets evaporated. Keep aside.
Take bread slices, cut them in round shape. One which is to be kept on top cut it in a ring form, of same size as that of base. - 4
Pre-heat the oven at 190 degree centigrade for ten minutes. Now apply the mint mayo on the base slice. Fix the ring shaped bread on top of it apply Amul butter on all sides. You will get a disc shaped bread.

Stuff in the paneer tikka masala in the hollow space. Grate both cheese on top, garnish it with cherry tomato and fresh coriander. Line them in a greased baking tray and bake them at 190 degree centigrade for 15 min or till golden brown. serve hot with your favourite sauce and a hot cup of tea or coffee.
Notes
Do not waste the cuttings of the bread. Dry them,grind them and store them in an airtight jar n use for your cutlets !!
