First, fry the momos until golden brown.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a pan.

Slice the onion and bell pepper, then add them to the oil. Add salt and chaat masala.

Add the fresh cream and stir with a spoon. Then add the Schezwan sauce and mix well. Add 1/2 cup water (about 120 ml), mix, and add the fried momos. After 2 minutes, add chopped cilantro and mix. Gravy momos are ready. Top with finely chopped onion and serve.
