Ingredients

  1. 1 kgLemon
  2. Green chillies as required
  3. Garlic as required
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli powder to taste
  6. Turmeric
  7. Saunf
  8. Safed zeera
  9. 1 tspPiyaz k beej
  10. 1 tspMethi dana
  11. Mustard seeds
  12. Achar wala sirka 1 small bottle
  13. 1 paoMustard oil
  14. Water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    In a container add lemon,water and salt cover it and leave in for 3-4 days in sunlight.

  2. 2

    Mix all dry ingredients,add them into lemons,add sirka green chillies,garlic and oil mix well.

  3. 3

    Homemade Lemon pickle is ready.
