Rajma Masala
Steps

Wash rajma for 2-3 water and soak for over night or 6-7 hour in normal water

Boil rajma in cooker with add salt and 2drop oil when the comes 4 whistle in slow gas

Heat pan add oil cumin seed pinch of hing then add garlic ginger paste and saute well
- 4
Now add chopped onion and when the till it brown color then add tomato puree in to and close the lid and boil for 2-5 min
- 5
Now open lid and mix well add some spices like turmeric, red chilli, garam masala, dry mango powder and saute well for 5 min
- 6
When oil comes out in the gravy add boil rajma in pan/kadai add salt as per taste & add some water as per your requirement

Boil for 15 min in slow gas
After 25 min closed gas and garnish rajma with fresh coriander serve hot
