In a pan, roast the desiccated coconut powder on a sim flame for a few minutes, approximately 3 minutes and keep aside.

In a bowl, take the roasted chana and jaggery powder. Mix. You can grind these two together in a mixer grinder to a fine powder

Now add the desiccated coconut powder and mix. Add the remaining two ingredients if you opting for.

Melt the ghee/clarified butter and add to the mixture in the bowl.

Mix well now. Make balls or ladoos of equal size and serve them.
