  • 2 cupflour
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 tbspyeast
  • 1egg
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • Oil for frying
  • Warm water

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl add warm water and make a smooth thick batter allow it rise for 30 minutes and fry in a hot oil
