Steps

Soak the dals, rice and millets in clean water overnight.
Next day wash it properly and prepare for grinding. - 2
In the grinder jar,put salt, ginger, dry red chilies, cumin seeds and turmeric powder. Add water and grind into a smooth batter.
Keep it rested for minimum 30 minutes. You can rest it for an hour too.
Transfer into a bowl.
Prepare for tempering.
Heat kadhai with oil. Splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and add hing. Put this tadka into the batter. Add small chopped onion. - 3
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix batter well.
Now heat tawa. Pour in ladle full of batter and make dosas. - 4
Flavourful ADAI DOSAS ARE READY TO SERVE HOT HOT WITH CHUTNEY.
