Ingredients

30 minutes
4 to 5 person
  • 300 gramboneless chicken cubes
  • 300 gramgreen Phaliyan
  • 1onion paste
    Onion Paste
  • 1 tbspGarlic paste
  • 1 tbspGinger paste
  • 1tomato chopped 🍅
  • 1 tbspvegetable masala
    Homemade Vegetable Masala
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspzeera powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4-5green chilli
  • 1 cupoil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean and wash the boneless chicken. (You can use Mutton or beef or chicken with bones)

    Cut the Phaliyan and wash.

    Take a pressure cooker add oil, onion paste and stir fry then add boneless chicken, tomato and fry till chicken changes the colour.

    Add all dry spices and bhonify the chicken.

    Add Phaliyan, green chilli and bhonify together then add water and cook for 10 minutes in pressure cooker till Phaliyan are soft and water is dried and oil separates.

    Phaliyan chicken is ready to serve with roti or naan 😋.
