Chicken Dumpling 🥟🥟

So since everyone was trying and making dumplings so I thought to give a try as well. I have had dumplings many times before with my family while dining out in fine Chinese restaurants but had never made them at home.
This was my first time and it turned it super amazing and delicious. My kids love such stuff when I make it home... And by now you might all know that my family is a complete foodie 😜😂.
So as always ...if the dish turns out amazing then the plate goes empty in minutes which proves my hardwork and this is exactly what happened with these chicken dumplings.
Saath he farmaish bhi a gayi k next time beef ki banayi ga.😜😋
Please try this recipe and give your feedback through a cooksnap for me.
Thank you.

Steps
- 1
Take a bowl add flour, salt, oil and knead it with water.
- 2
Rest for 15 minutes.
- 3
Cut the cabbage, green bell pepper and garlic chopped.
- 4
Take a pan add oil, chopped garlic and stir fry then add chicken mince and stir fry until the chicken colour is changed.
- 5
Add cabbage, spring onions, green bell pepper, black pepper powder, salt, white pepper powder, soy sauce and stir fry on high flame. Once it's done. Keep aside and let it cool down.
- 6
Take the dough, roll it like a roti and cut in round shape. Place the filling on each round.
- 7
Now close the dumplings and secure the edges in different shapes as you like.
I made different shapes as shown below. These are called triangular dumplings, crescent moon dumplings, twisty rope dumplings and Baozi like folding. - 8
Now place the dumplings in a steamer or a pressure cooker. I used my pressure cooker to give steam.
You can fill the cooker with some water and place the steaming tray inside the cooker. Make sure the water level is below your steaming tray.
Give pressure for 25 minutes. - 9
After 25 minutes take out the dumplings from the cooker and place them in a serving dish.
- 10
Serve the dumplings with the soya dipping sauce or you can even enjoy with any other sauce of your choice and taste.
