Vanilla cupcakes
This recipe works perfectly for full cakes too

Mix in the sugar and fat until it's soft and fluffy. Add in the eggs and vanilla essence

Pour in the dry ingredients together with the milk/water and fold it in. I prefer to beat it one more time, briefly.

Transfer the batter into the cupcake tin lined with cupcake cases. Or into a baking tin that is greased and dusted. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes for the cupcakes. For a full cakes, bake it at 200 degrees Celsius for around 45 minutes. Once done, let it cool for 10 minutes before overturning the full cake. The cupcakes can be removed immediately.
