  3. 1 tbspcrushed dhania
  4. 1 tbspSalt
  5. 2 tbspred chili
  6. 1 tbspcrushed green chillies
  7. 2 tbspcoriander chopped
  8. 1tomato chopped

    Wash mince add all spices and marinate at least 1 hour

    Now take a portion and make flat kabab and fry shallow
