Make smooth dough with water, half tbs Ghee and ajwain & mangrail. Keep it aside.
Take one pan and add some oil. After 2min, Add garlic and then onion. - 2
Cook onion for 5min and then mix Fenugreek leaves. After 5min add turmeric, salt and garam masala (optional) then add boiled potatoes and mix everything. Keep mixing for 5 to 7min. Keep this mixture aside.

Use mixture once it is completely in room temperature with dough. Give small pieces of round shape of dough and then Stuff mixture and give round shape. It should not be very thin. I personally don't like thin paratha.

Cook paratha both the side by using iron or nonstick tawa.

Use brush to spread ghee over the paratha. And enjoy your meal with green Dhaniya chutney and sweet tomatoes chutney :)
