Correct all ingredients.
Peel bananas, potatoes and pumpkin.
Cut into small pieces
Wash them - 2
Put them in a sufuria, add salt and boil until soft

Drain excess water, and mash until smooth

When they are boiling, dice onions and put in a sufuria with enough oil to fry. Fry while you are still mashing

When they are cooked put them into still hot mashed matoke.

Continue mashing as you incorporate the fried onions and your mashed food
- 7
Serve while still hot with the desired stew.
