  • halfHandful of cherry tomatoes cut them into
  • I cup of Cucumber cut of your choice
  • Add any type of me Chicken, Prawns, Calamari etc
  • 1 TbsVirginiga, 1 Tbs of Lemon Juice if balance to yr taste
  • Add Nuts you'are preferd nut, Peacan nuts, Macadamia, Cashews
  • Halfred onion
