It's all time favourite fried chicken for any dawat or occasion simple to make and so tasty. It can be served with Russian salad, fries or matar pulao. It's my Mummy's hit recipe nearly more than 40 years and close to my heart, she was excellent
in cooking.

Mix haldi, salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and jawatri laung powder in dahi mix well also add lemon juice

Put chicken pieces in it and keep Merinated for 5_6 hrs.

Then steam it on stove till all dahi water evaporated and chicken is done but don't break it.

Heat oil for deep frying. Beat eggs with little salt and black pepper

Coat Chicken pieces in eggs and then in bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown or first dip in bread crumbs than in egg.

Cloves n Mace powder is the secret ingredient in it for a unique aroma
