I had a craving for tomato soup.
And thought, I should cook to satisfy my own cravings.

Tomorrow, I think I'll have rice, miso, tamagoyaki, and vegetable salad.

The key is to simmer until the vegetables are very soft and tender!!

I recommend using canned tomatoes instead of tomato juice for more texture. Recipe by Sherrykana?

Ingredients

  1. 1000 mlWater
  2. 1 canCanned tomato (or tomato juice)
  3. 1/2Onion
  4. 1/2Carrot
  5. 1/2 headCabbage
  6. 2Consomme soup stock cubes
  7. 1Bacon or sausage

Steps

  1. 1

    Mince the onion, quarter the carrot, and thinly slice the cabbage. Cut the bacon or sausage into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Put water in a pot, then add the ingredients prepared in Step 1 and the consomme cubes.

    Add the canned tomato, bring to a boil, and when it reaches your desired flavor, it's ready!

    In the ingredients, I list half of an onion, carrot, and head of cabbage, but feel free to adjust the amount to taste!
