Cooking Instructions

Crack the eggs into a bowl, strain once, then mix well with the chicken broth.

Use a toothpick to gently pop any bubbles, then set aside.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, place the bowl inside, cover with a plate, and steam on high heat for 10 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle corn kernels, then cover the plate and pot again. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes, or until ready to serve.
