Firstly in a mixing bowl add maida, salt, a tsp oil mix well prepare the soft dough, cover and let it rest for 20-25 minutes

Heat up the pan add 2tsp oil add chopped ginger, garlic,onion&chillies saute it on high flame, add chopped veggies, saute again for 3-4 minutes,add crushed pepper add in salt according taste..mix well and stuffing is ready

Now take lemon size dough ball roll out thin, place a spoon full of stuffing in the center, start Pleating the edges press in the middle seal the momos forming a small bundle.. similarly prepare remaining momos, steam momos in a steamer for 12-15 minutes...serve hot with momos chutney...
