An Easy Cafe-style Rice Bowl with Avocado and Pork

cookpad.japan

-I wanted to eat a rice bowl, which I can easily make with pork.

-I was using spam before but I became worried about the calories and thought of this.

-I make this recipe often because my husband loves it.

-The ingredient amount for the teriyaki sauce is for about 2 bowls of rice.
(Adjust the amount depending on how much rice you want to eat.)
-Mix the teriyaki sauce and soft boiled egg while eating and enjoy.

P.S.:
I recommend nori seaweed and green onion for toppings! Recipe by Emimafin

Steps

  1. 1

Boil hot water in a small pot and boil bite-size pork. When the color of the pork changes, it's cooked. Drain in a sieve.

  2. 2

Wash the small pot you used in Step 1 and put in all ★ ingredients in. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens and comes to a boil on middle to high heat.

  3. 3

Plate cooked rice and transfer the pork from step 1 to the plate. Arrange cubed avocado and lay a soft boiled egg (or an egg yolk) in the middle.

  4. 4

Top with white sesame seeds, mayonnaise, green onion or shredded seaweed. Pour the sauce from Step 2 right before eating and mix it while enjoying it.
