Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 80 grams● Cake flour
  2. 40 grams● Granulated sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp● Baking powder
  4. 1● Large egg
  5. 150 ml● Milk
  6. 1Oil for deep frying
  7. 1Powdered sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the ● ingredients to a bowl in the order listed, and whisk well.

  2. 2

    Prepare oil for deep-frying. Cover the whisk with some batter from Step 1 and move the whisk in a winding circular motion as you gradually pour the batter into the oil.

  3. 3

    Once both sides are evenly golden brown, remove from oil, drain, and sprinkle on a generous amount of powdered sugar.
