Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix with your hands.

When the dough comes together, place it on your work surface and knead well for about 5 minutes, until the dough becomes smooth.

Let the dough rest at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, covering it so that it doesn't dry out.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces, roll them into a ball, then roll them into flat circles with a rolling pin. Wrap each one around the fillings of your choice.

Place in a steamer for 15 minutes, and they're done.
