  • 2medium tomatoes
  • 1medium white onion
  • 1 bunchcoriander
  • 2 table spoonviniegrate

    Wash everything and chop into cubes separately

  2. 2

    Soak the onion in salty water to reduce the bitterness

  3. 3

    Take a big bowl and mix the first three ingredient then add the coriander to garnish add the viniegrate adjust seasoning, put in the fridge for about 10 minutes and enjoy.
