It is the easiest for me to prepare for bfast during the weekend
Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the butter followed by the eggs then mix well to get a desired sandy texture.
Add the warm milk bit by bit as you Knead the dough to a desired consistency.(I taste this by slowly inserting the index finger into the dough;once the finger comes out clean this is a guarantee that the dough is ready) - 2
Cover the dough using a clean kitchen towel or paper and let it sit for one hour.
Make big balls from the ball and cover for ten minutes.
Put flour on the rolling board and roll the ball,then cut into desired shapes as you place in the already heat oil
Wait for the mandazis to obtain a golden brown colour then turn the other side.this will take upto 2 minutes.
Remove from the oil and let them cool before serving with hot tea.
