Delicious snack that's easy to make and is a sure hit for young and those young at heart.
Cooking Instructions

Bloom the yeast with sugar and milk (unless using yeast that does not need to be bloomed).

Mix in flour, oil, egg and salt. Knead.

Place the dough in a well greased bowl, cover, and let it rest and rise for at least 1 hour.

Divide the dough in to 16 to 18 pcs and prepare cheese.

Roll the dough in to a rectangle, place cheese inside, and roll again to form logs. Let the dough rest for a few minutes.

Prepare coating by mixing powdered sugar and powdered milk in a separate bowl.

Fry the dough until golden brown, the roll in to the milk and sugar mixture.
