Wash and clean the Bhindi and cut it in thin slices.

Nicely chop the onion, green chilli, green coriander leaves.

Take a bowl add eggs, red chilli powder,salt, zeera and mix well.

Take a frypan add oil, Bhindi and stir fry.

Then add onion, green chilli, and stir fry then add green coriander leaves and egg mixture.

Cover the pan with lid for 1 minute and cook on low heat until the omelette colour is light golden brown to one side. Flip the omelette to cook on the other side.

Now cook the other side for one minute on low flame till the colour is light golden brown.

Delicious Okra Omelette is ready to serve with paratha or Bread slices 😋🍞🍞
