Cut the beef, onion, and bell pepper into bite-sized cubes. Marinate the beef with 1 teaspoon seasoning powder, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon MSG, and 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil. Let it sit for 15–20 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Finely mince the garlic. Heat a skillet and add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Transfer the beef to a plate and set aside.

Add the bell pepper and onion to the skillet and stir-fry with 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce. Return the beef to the pan. Mix a little cornstarch with water and pour it into the skillet to thicken the sauce. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with black pepper and chopped green onions on top.
