With a sharp knife, cut the bottom part of the garlic head so that garlic cloves appear, and place the heads on top of the tin paper and top it with olive oil, then close the tin paper well

Put the garlic in a very hot oven on the bottom rack for 30 minutes, until the garlic is soft and golden in color. Leave the garlic to cool, then squeeze it by hand until the soft garlic is extracted from the peel.

Crush the garlic in a bowl and set it aside, then mix the parsley, chili flakes, salt, butter and black pepper together in a deep bowl.

Add the mashed garlic over the butter mixture and mix well.

Divide the bread into two parts and brush its surface with the mixture.

Put the bread in the oven at the bottom of the grill for a few minutes until it is toasted, cut into slices and serve.
