.75 lbchicken, cut into 1 inch chunks
2 Tablespoonsoy
1 Tablespooncorn starch
1 clovegarlic chopped
1 Tablespoonminced ginger
2green peppers cut into 1 in chunks
1 cupgreen onions cut into 1 in lengths
1/2 cupbroth

Stir soy, corn starch, ginger, garlic together, marinate chicken fornat least 30 min

Cook hicken in stir fry

Add veggies and broth, stir til thickened, serve with rice.
