Ingredients

  1. .75 lbchicken, cut into 1 inch chunks
  2. 2 Tablespoonsoy
  3. 1 Tablespooncorn starch
  4. 1 clovegarlic chopped
  5. 1 Tablespoonminced ginger
  6. 2green peppers cut into 1 in chunks
  7. 1 cupgreen onions cut into 1 in lengths
  8. 1/2 cupbroth

    Stir soy, corn starch, ginger, garlic together, marinate chicken fornat least 30 min

  2. 2

    Cook hicken in stir fry

  3. 3

    Add veggies and broth, stir til thickened, serve with rice.
