Drumsticks are very healthy to include in our intake be it any curry, soup, or Sambar it’s delicious..!

Firstly take a pressure cooker add washed & cleaned mutton, chopped onions, tomatoes, all spices, oil, Kasuri methi with 1 glass of water cover the lid & cook until 2-3 whistles. besides soak besan with little water and prepare a slurry without lumps add a pinch of salt. further, uncover the lid & cook the gravy until oil separates then keep stirring & add the slurry with besan. and add 1 cup of water.

Also, keep the drumsticks peeled & chopped as shown in the picture below. once the kadi is boiling add drumsticks & cook on the low flame burner for about 5-10 minutes. At this point can adjust the consistency of kadi by adding water & also add salt accordingly. when the drumsticks are boiled with kadi it’s done.

Our delicious drumsticks besan kadi is ready to serve with white rice, fried fish, or chapati..!
