There's an old saying: 'Eat daikon in winter, eat ginger in summer.' In the cold winter, we tend to move less and eat more, which can lead to excess. Daikon helps cool the body, soothes the stomach, promotes energy flow, and helps remove excess heat from overindulgence. That's why daikon soup is perfect for cold weather! Pack it in a lunch container to take to work—it's just right!
