Ingredients

  • Avocado,tender coconut smoothie with chia seeds
  • 2avocado,skinned,and sliced (keep a few pieces of Avocado to use later)
  • 2tender coconut,water and pulp (keep a few pieces of pulp for using later)
  • 1 tspchia seeds soaked
  • Egg roll
  • 4eggs,bring to room temp before beating
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mixed herbs
  • Cheese slices (take As per your requirement,I use 2 slices for my son’s roll and one for husband’s)

    Avocado smoothie..add Avocado,tender coconut pulp and water to a blender and blend well.take a glass,add a slice of tender coconut pulp,a tsp of chia seeds and pour the smoothie over.add a few slices of avocado on top..enjoy.
