  1. 250 gmparval
  2. 1/2 cupdesiccated coconut
  3. 1small bowl black mustard seed
  4. 1small bowl poppy seed
  5. 1 bowlroasted garam masala (cloves,cinnamon,cardamom,nutmeg) powder
  6. 3-4green chilis slit
  7. 4-5 tbspmustard oil

  1. 1

    Golden fry the parvals. Make a fine paste of desiccated coconut, black mustard seed, poppy seed. Add this mixture into the parvals and keep sautéing. When the gravy is done add garam masala powder. Serve with white rice.
