Preheat the broiler.

Cut half the lime into quarters. Reserve.

Crush the garlic cloves with the back of a chef's knife. Reserve.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, pimento, salt, pepper, garlic granule, and onion granule.

Place the branzino on a plastic cutting board. Slash 4 times on both sides of the fish. Slather the pimento paste into the grooves.

Stuff the rosemary, thyme, garlic, and lime into the cavity.

Brush olive oil on broiler rack. Transfer fish to rack, then place under broiler.

Broil for 8 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crisp on the edges.

Serve with sautéed vegetables and rice.
