Combine flour mixture to milk mixture and mix well. Spread into dish

For the Crumble topping

In a medium bowl combine 2 1/2 cups AP flour, 1 cup brown sugar, and 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon and mix well

Then pour in 2 sticks melted butter and stir until clumps form.

Sprinkle those clumps all over batter. It will be thick

Bake 40-50 minutes in an 8x8. 30-40 in a 9x13
