Heat water in a vessel. Boil the green peas, blanch the tomatoes and the cashews. Clean the red pumpkin, deseed and boil it. Peel the skin of the tomatoes

Now in a mixie, make a smooth puree by grinding the red pumpkin and tomatoes, cashews green chillies and ginger. Once the puree is done, you can strain it and get a velvety texture of the puree.

In a big kadai, heat butter and oil. Pour the puree and saute for little while. Add the dry spices. Cover and cook for few minutes.

Now add the green peas and mix well. Cover and simmer for 5 more minutes. Now add the curd. Mix, cover and cook again for another 2 - 3 minutes.

Add the paneer, kasuri methi powder. Mix well. Add cream and again stir till everything is mixed nicely.

Let it be on slow to medium flame for another 5- 7 minutes.
Your delicious no onion, no garlic matar paneer makhanwala is ready to serve. Enjoy it with naan or roti or parantha
