Heat water, add salt and noodles.
Cook till Al den te.
Strain and keep aside. Preserve some boiled water.
Soak the soya chunks in some water for 5 minutes. - 2
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, onions and saute well. Add all the vegetables and soya chunks(squeezed all the water).
Add sauce, salt and mix well
Add the noodles and saute for a minute.
Garnish with peanuts and spring onions. - 3
If you are using tofu/paneer or chicken or Soya chunks, just make sure to saute first for 2-3 minutes seperately and then add to the noodles.
