Ingredients

  1. 2 cupschicken broth
  2. 6 (2 1/2 pounds)gold potatoes
  3. 1/2 cuplight cream or half and half
  4. 2 tablespoonbutter
  5. Salt for taste

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the broth and potatoes in saucepan over medium heat to a boil

  2. 2

    Reduce the heat to medium. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Do not drain

  3. 3

    Mashed the potatoes mixture with cream and butter. Season to taste
