Ingredients

  1. 500 glarge squid, cleaned and cut
  2. 2medium bell pepper, minced
  3. 2green chilies, chopped
  4. 1bulb garlic, minced
  5. 1 sprigchives, chopped
  6. 2 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the olive in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add garlic and saute until brownish.

    Drop in the squid and saute for a minute or two--being careful not to overcook to avoid the meat from getting tough and rubbery.

  3. 3

    Add minced bell pepper, chili and chives--ensuring that you saute in between adding them in.

  4. 4

    The squid will produce juices naturally. Let simmer for 1 minute.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with rice!
