Where Is the Beef? Here It Is! Stir Fried Beef and Bell Peppers Where Is the Beef? Here It Is! Stir Fried Beef and Bell Peppers
My husband and I like pork more than beef. You all could see that through my recipes. Today, I am cooking with beef, just so I don’t look like a dysfunctional cook. Not for long though....I just got a package of beef that has the most marbles on it. Cut out the best piece to make a steak later, and use the rest for stir fry. Don’t even know which parts of the cow. I have to rely on the package, but throw mine away so I just have to call it beef. 2choi -
Teriyaki beef stir-fry Teriyaki beef stir-fry
This dish is a real winner in our house. Cooking the steak whole and then slicing and adding it at the end keeps the meat tender and slightly pink. And the sweet, salty, oh-so-slightly citrusy teriyaki sauce, of course, is the star. Robert Gonzal -

Stir-Fried Beef with Ginger and Green Onion Stir-Fried Beef with Ginger and Green Onion
Someone in da house wanted this. He shall remain anonymous. So I searched on line to see if I could find something. Seems complicated because lol - grams means nothing to me but I do have a scale…but many do not. So here it is and I hope I made it easier. My recipe when I cooked it was doubled. BTW yet again I forgot to take a picture of the final dish. So you will have to do with the picture I took pre final…I never learn. Katatonickat -
Eggs and Pepper Stir Fry Eggs and Pepper Stir Fry
This 10-minute eggs and pepper stir fry is one of my daughter’s favorites—she asks for it at least once a week! Tearing the peppers by hand is so easy—no need for perfect cuts. I like to scramble the eggs into big chunks because they stay tender and have more flavor. Cook the garlic and scallions, then add the peppers, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir in the eggs for a minute, and you’re done! It’s simple, delicious! Enjoy! Dandanyummyfood -

Tofu contains a lot of water, so extract the water from tofu well and it's also better to make this dish just before eating. A little bit salt and pepper go well with this dish. You can put in any vegetables you like. Rie -
Stir-fried Scallops with Lemongrass and Chili Stir-fried Scallops with Lemongrass and Chili
I really love eating scallops. Normally the best way is to grill with charcoal. But we don't often have much time to grill things. This time I cook this dish to solve 2 things "satisfy the appetite for scallops and refresh the taste for my family". The soft and sweet flesh of scallops becomes a little chewy when stir-fried, mixed well with the aroma of lemongrass, the pungency of chili, salty and sweet taste enhanced by spices. Let's cook!
