Cant say foolproof but these are super simple and I think as long as your over is hot enough these will success everytime. ENJOY
Steps
- 1
Put everything (Apart from Oil) into a large measuring jug and Whisk together. Cover with T towel or cling film and let rest for about 30 mins.
- 2
Heat Over to 210c then in a METAL muffin tin (6 Holes best) add about 2 Tsp of the Fat to each well. then put into oven until shimmering about 20-30 mins. Pour in the Batter to about 2/3 depth and bake in over for 15-20 mins until golden and perfectly risen - DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR for 15 mins. Can cook 3-5 mins longer if needed but I like crisp tops and softer base.
- 3
Remove from Tin and serve immediately with Beef and any meat and of course LOTS OF GRAVY - Enjoy :P
