Cooking Instructions

Fry the shrimp marinated with salt and keep aside. Soak the rice noodles in cold water for softening before use

Take 2 tbsp vegetable oil and sauté minced garlic. Add onions and lemon grass and fry. Add all vegetables cut in julienne and give a nice stir.

Add 2 whisked eggs in a side and scramble it. Mix well and add the chicken cubes and fry.

Add the fried prawns and mix well.

Add cut spring onions and mix well.

Add the softened rice noodles and give a nice mix

Add the pad Thai sauce and mix very well so that the noodles and veggies and chicken, shrimp, eggs get coated well with the sauce. Serve hot with some crushed roasted peanuts and cut spring onions.
